Dorothee’s artistry boldly combines high karat gold interwoven with the rich colors of fine gemstones and the muted hues of rare pearls. She is the sole designer/creator of each piece of her work.

Her education and training includes a three-year goldsmith apprenticeship in Europe where she was taught exclusively in hand fabrication. During the last twenty-four years, Dorothee has also studied stone setting, diamond grading and platinum fabrication. She has participated in numerous juried art shows, and has earned 16 first place awards for jewelry over the past eight years. Dorothee was an invited artist at the La Jolla Festival of the Arts, the Marin Art Festival in San Rafael, the Kings Mountain Art Fair in Woodside, and the La Quinta Arts Festival. Dorothee’s designs are original, bold and breathtaking.
