2009 Application Open
Open to visual artists, ArtWalk is a two day juried exhibition and sale of original fine
art. Space is limited, so apply early.
New artists will be able to apply for ArtWalk 2009 beginning Monday, May 5, 2008.
Returning artist application for the 2009 ArtWalk begins immediately.

Images, application form and payment must be received by November 7, 2008, in order to insure your webpage will be ready by February 2009.
Applications cannot be processed without payment, completed application form and images.

New Booth Selection Process
/ Priority System
Please note that the first 150 accepted artists will have the opportunity to select their tent location based on the priority system described below. For artists that are not among the first 150 artists accepted, spaces will be assigned by ArtWalk rather than selected by the artist.
Returning Artists
For the first 150 applications a priority status will be determined by the number of years of event participation, going back to 2002 when the event was first held in the streets of Little Italy. Once priority status has been assigned to each application, there will be a random drawing conducted for each priority group to determine artist order of booth selection. Please note that booth selection process does not begin until the fall and artists are contacted in the order resulting from the drawing.
The artists with 7 years of participation receive the highest priority, 6 years the next level, etc.
For returning artists to be included in this Priority Process you must apply before Friday, May 2, 2008.
Artists may bring their forms to the ArtWalk office or mail in their applications. Mailed application forms must be post-marked by May 2 or earlier to take advantage of this new program. applications will not be processed prior to May 2.
Returning artists who miss the priority deadline of May 4, 2007 will still be able to apply any time before the event application deadline of January 5, 2008 (or when we sell out). However, they will be registered based on order of application ONLY.
PLEASE NOTE: Actual booth selection/assignment does NOT begin until the fall of 2008. The first 150 artists are contacted in the order resulting from the drawing in their priority group. Any new or returning artists that are after the first 150 registrants will be assigned their booths based on order of application only.
Artists will not be accepted without a completed application form, payment and images.
