In 2026, the fine art festival begins Friday, July 31st, with the ArtWalk Liberty Station Preview Party. Please note, this year participation in the Preview Party is required. We thank you for adjusting plans accordingly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artists may install starting Friday morning, prior to the start of the festival’s Preview Party on Friday afternoon. Friday’s Preview Party event is a ticketed VIP reception, with special musical entertainment, food, and drink. It is mandatory for artists to participate in Friday’s event on August 1st, from 3-8pm.The show is completely free to attend on Saturday and Sunday, but there will be a fence around the venue to allow attendees to freely stroll with beer and wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a participating artist you’ll receive the benefit of an aggressive marketing and public relations program, including local, regional and national publicity, print and broadcast advertising, as well as our large social media following.  Show management also provides marketing pieces for artists to distribute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking is free and readily available adjacent to the venue. We provide handcarts and helpful volunteers to assist artists to move art from their vehicles to their spaces. Booth sitters are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to abundant free parking, there is a wide variety of popular restaurants as well as Liberty Public Market, a very busy and popular food hall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artists are not required to pay a sales commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display Options<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Artists must display with their own tent and supply all their hanging and display materials. Rental tents are available for purchase through Zapp. Artists use a variety of materials to hang their artwork from the poles in their tents; zip ties, ropes, thin chains, wires, s-hooks, bungee cords and more. The rental tent poles are 2\u2033 in diameter, and can withstand approximately 75 pounds of weight hanging from them. The rental tents are 10\u2032 above the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artists can also hang their artwork on fabric covered panels (using velcro or thin hooks), pegboard, wire shelving, grid racks, lattice, easels, painted fencing, professional display racks, etc. They attach their artwork with hooks, clips and velcro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend Pro Panels which provide the easiest possible installation and in our opinion, the most professional look for your display. Flourish Panels and grid-walls are also popular professional display options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no lighting or electricity in the tents as the festival takes place in the bright, long days of August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also feature a sculpture\/3D art area surrounding a central rose garden, for artists who prefer no tent and do not require grid walls for their display. This area is ideal for sculpture, ceramic work, and art glass display.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
